3UK based marketing book
By meik1
The two main conception this short book discusses are: all workers are venders (everyone must be enthusiastic abut what you are retail from your IT people to the bookeepers) and investing/getting clients who buy again and recomend merchandise to others. The author references a good deal of other marketing techniques, examples, and gurus. An okay, short read.

Read this book on my iPad thru Kindle. It’s an interesting book that talks when it comes to what the title of the book is, that All Employees are Marketers. This is unfeigned in some ways and Richard Cordock emphasizes on his points. Yep, and a few anecdotes are included.

3Quick short read

A basic but effective booklet on the importance of quality client service and how keeping a client is more cost effective than constantly spending marketing dollars seeking more. Quite a few anecdotes are included. Reasonably succinct and great for re-focusing on what is important.
